We only offer refunds, if the customer receives the wrong product. If the customer orders the wrong size or isn't happy with the model he ordered, we won't refund him.

If our support team accepts the refund, they'll send you the adress, where you should ship the package to. The shoes need to be in the exactly same condition, including every accessoire as laces, box or box paper.

After receiving the package, our team will inspect the shoes and decide if they approve the refund or not. If it gets approved, we'll issue the refund in the next 48 business hours.
